Our values in action
DoLquest® was created to offer assessment tools and methods which allow the evaluation to be both recognition, awareness and trigger for transformation towards a better adaptation to a complex context.
It therefore creates added value for individuals, teams and organisations. The principles which inspire our actions are:

Putting the person before the organisation and not the other way around
- The dialogue during the debriefing uses the entire expert’s knowledge and is more important than the tool itself.
- The person is more important than his/her Profile or Assessment.
We are careful to take the whole person into account. This is one condition which makes possible growth, transformation and adaptation to the environment
