Our values in action
DoLquest® was created to offer assessment tools and methods which allow the evaluation to be both recognition, awareness and trigger for transformation towards a better adaptation to a complex context. It therefore creates added value for individuals, teams and organisations. The principles which inspire our actions are:

1. « Human Inside »
Putting the person before the organisation and not the other way around
- The dialogue during the debriefing uses the entire expert’s knowledge and is more important than the tool itself.
- The person is more important than his/her Profile or Assessment.
We are careful to take the whole person into account. This is one condition which makes possible growth, transformation and adaptation to the environment

Humanity takes form in Respect for the other without value judgement
- Respect for other people as they are and not how we would like them to be or how we think they should be.
- Respect and awareness of the person’s environment in all its limitations.

Humanity and Respect are the bases for sustainable efficiency
- A proven method born with our experience
- A guiding principle: individuals and teams taking responsibility
The possibility of building their own development path and to course correct when necessary is, for individuals and teams, a way of measuring this efficiency
