DoLquest 360° Emerging Strenghts

DoLquest® 360° Emerging Strengths was created as a response to the following question: How to ensure that a 360° exercise, often very costly, has the impact needed to mobilise the people and the organisation over time?

In fact we know that most of the other 360° questionnaires can be very useful management tools but certain issues can arise:

  • The 360° is set up and not followed through after the first year
  • The 360° provokes management into taking old, defensive measures
  • The 360° is duly filled in, debriefed but not rolled out
  • The 360° actually causes more problems for certain managers or certain teams

DoLquest® 360° Emerging Strengths is based on key elements which make the 360° particularly pertinent:

  • The feedback from the 360° resonates immediately with the Managers.
  • The Managers and Organisation’s HR ensure a follow-through and implementation and take responsibility for changes in their practice.
