DoLquest® Value My ManagementDoLquest® Profile Centered Training « Value My Management » People working in companies have to manage teams, groups, peers and occasionally for a limited time or for very precise objectives. This may involve project management, cross-functional teams or working groups as well as managing one’s own team. We deal with the « technical considerations » of managing a team but also the professional context and the manager’s intrinsic values. We take into account the basic characteristics of the manager but also the people with whom he/she interacts. Only in this way can each one discover, understand and carry out his/her own interpretation of his/her function and thus ensure success for the team or project. DoLquest® Value My Management is a Profile Centered Training which allows managers to integrate a traditional management dimension but also adapted to the context. These programmes are aimed at those who have already received their individual profiles, either DoLquest® Professional or DoLquest® Executive. These trainings can be used with individuals or groups. The PCT have been designed and implemented using different DoLquest® tools - Questionnaires, Programmes, Solutions, - and can be carried out in combination with DoLquest® Team Integration or individual coaching to consolidate. They can also be integrated with other Programmes to focus on particular skills needed by the Organisation.
Participants deal with the subject from an awareness of the areas which need attention and from their strengths and potential. They are therefore motivated, fully active and engaged in the way they carry out their assignments. The approach is cognitive but also based on experience.
Managers can also participate in a DoLquest® Team Integration at the same time. |
