DoLquest® Role Building Programme

The right interpretation of company job functions must take into account not only the organisation’s needs but also the basic characteristics of the people carrying out the function: this enables each person to discover, understand and carry out his/her own interpretation of the job needed. This acknowledged and accepted room for manœuvre has a direct impact on motivation and performance.
As in acting, the scope of the role to be interpreted depends on ability and personal style.

The RBP are programmes which deal with the development of these roles within the organisation, using DoLquest. As a frame of reference they are aimed at people who have already received their individual profiles, DoLquest® Professional or DoLquest® Executive. These trainings can be used with individuals or groups. Supported by DoLquest Experts, people are able to define and develop the role the organisation demands of them. Role Building Programmes can also be used for teams provided the teams have already had a debrief with DoLquest® Team Integration.

Role Building Programme have been designed and implemented using different DoLquest® tools - Questionnaires, Programmes, Solutions, - and can be combined and consolidated with Profile Centered Trainings and individual coaching.

Our Experts can also design a particular Programme for an organisation to integrate skills needed for development in a particular context.



How our Role Building Programmes work

During a RBP the participants deal with the subject from an awareness of the areas which need attention and from their strengths and potential. They are therefore motivated, fully active and engaged in the preparation and implementation. Each person’s uniqueness and the specifics of his/her profile is taken into account. The approach is cognitive but also based on experience.



TYPICAL PROGRAMME

  • Understanding the context: the stakes for the company and the profession
  • Analysis of skills and behaviours required for the job.
  • Setting up of DoLquest Role Profile©
  • Participants fill in their DoLquest questionnaires and are debriefed with their profiles.
  • Participants establish their Role Model
  • Using a specific DoLquest method, participants formalise their own development path against that of the Role Model
  • Preparation of action plan to tackle role and tools needed.
  • Participants receive a personal guide and action plan
  • At the end of the process, results are measured.
