The DoLquest Quality Process

DoLquest® serves its clients with this mission: provide keys to enable them to adapt better, more easily and effectively to a new environment.

Our Quality Process exists to:

  • help us guarantee high-quality Service in the debriefing
    • because the way in which it is carried out, respecting individuals and teams, models the process for the client
  • ensure our Code of Ethics is adhered to
    • the satisfaction of the individual or team being debriefed
  • allow us to make adjustments and to progress
    • because we believe it is necessary to maintain a virtuous PDCA as far as human resources are concerned.
