Code of Ethics

  • Respecting People

DoLquest® tools aim to help individuals and teams understand themselves better as well as their interactions with others and the context they are in. They are neither tools of power nor, designed to be normative.

DoLquest® tools do not convey value judgements about people. They work from a viewpoint of difference between a person and a role / function and this is what makes individual development and potential possible.

An assertion only makes sense in the context of a given profile. It has no intrinsic value and cannot be taken as an absolute truth.

The person is more important than the tool. Only by taking into account the whole person in all his/her complexity can the DoLquest® tools show their true value. This is the second guiding principle of DoLquest: the organisation for the person and not the person for the organisation.

  • Confidentiality

Profiles should never be shown to a third party without prior consent of the individual concerned. Only those who have themselves filled in the questionnaire may be allowed to see others’ profiles.

DoLquest® Questionnaires must be accompanied by a debrief (team or individual), under no circumstances should the profile or the dossier be sent to the person without a debriefing session.

  • Professionalism

Each person debriefed with a DoLquest® Questionnaire receives a dossier containing all the information required to understand his own profile and that of others.

The DoLquest Expert must follow at least one « supervision » per year (up dating, practice, exchange of experience, master class).

The Quality of the Questionnaires and Debriefings is monitored and adjusted if necessary through our DoLquest® Quality Process.
