DoLquest® exists to design and implement assessment tools and specific methods for accompanying individuals, teams and organisations to integrate successfully the new paradigm of complexity in which we find ourselves today. We help people to identify themselves in a more complex world.

DoLquest® tends to reconcile a systemic approach and neuroscience, is a response to a need for individuals, teams, and organizations facing new challenges such as complexity, unpredictability, chaos economy.


Creating Specific Tools

Succeeding in a complex, uncertain and chaotic environment requires special tools and a particular approach. We know this. And this is why we have developed special tools and a particular approach to help our clients in the corporate world.

Our tools are powerful because they enable a shift in awareness, which is an essential preliminary to any autonomous growth. We work from a systemic viewpoint and with a human-centered vision for the development of organizations and of the people within them.

We have therefore developed specific training and solutions based on our profiling tools, such as DoLquest® Profile Centered Trainings and Profile Centered Programs.
We place ourselves firmly in a context of accompanying and developing individuals, teams and organizations which evoke their infinite potential in a complex environment.
This is why we have chosen to develop programs based on DoLquest® Questionnaires which correspond to the specific needs of organizations faced with the challenge of leading, managing and developing staff in radically different ways from their current practices.
