Becoming a DoLquest Expert

The training is aimed at:

  • HR and HR professionals with experience of the corporate world (HR directors and managers, career development and training, etc.)
  • Coaches and consultants, specialising in HR, and recognised in their own fields
  • Senior and middle managers, project managers, who wish to understand their team’s way of working and would like to acquire new tools to accompany them on their development path.

Number of participants: maximum 8. Two days + two days.

Pre-requirements

  • Have proven experience of consultancy /coaching or human resources, accompanying people.
  • Be willing to integrate DoLquest® as a support to existing practice and not as en end in itself.
  • Be recognised by peers in own domain. Have a good reputation and have had some practical success.
  • To have already worked on self.
  • To respect the Code of Ethics and to be supervised.

Two types of training modules:

Experts in each country or locality meet to exchange practice and for supervision using a co-development process. We provide help and support as requested. International meetings, FAQ and feedback from our Scientific Committee reinforce the network’s expertise. This reflects the way in which we work with our clients: goodwill, transparency, effectiveness and challenge.
